1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the vipjil website located at vipjil.com, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, guests, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law; (c) you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

vipjil reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page with the date of last revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the vipjil Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. vipjil does not permit access to persons under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is lawful at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of vipjil, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the vipjil Platform or any other gambling platform operated under the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by vipjil or any applicable regulatory authority.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the vipjil Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Philippine mobile number
• GCash number or other payment method details

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. vipjil will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify vipjil immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

vipjil accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Deposits are credited to your vipjil wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within 1–2 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• vipjil reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.
• vipjil does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once a bet has been placed using those funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

vipjil offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• vipjil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the creation of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the account suspended.
• vipjil's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the vipjil Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered upon. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the relevant game and accept the outcome as final.

• Bets may only be placed using available real-money or bonus funds in your vipjil wallet. Credit betting is not available.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, vipjil reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets.
• For sports betting, vipjil follows standard industry rules for event cancellations, postponements, and walkovers. Specific rules are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and events. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipjil Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Cheating and Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use unauthorised third-party tools.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker and live dealer games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through the creation of multiple accounts, use of VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or any other deceptive means.
• Money Laundering: Using the vipjil Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. vipjil is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Impersonation: Registering under a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the vipjil Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of vipjil or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vipjil.

9 Privacy & Data

vipjil collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering on the vipjil Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

10 Responsible Gaming

vipjil is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vipjil, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical errors, system outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond vipjil's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game;
• Errors in game software provided by third-party game suppliers.

vipjil's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipjil wallet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

vipjil reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, vipjil may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, vipjil may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

vipjil operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, players may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
